Leisure Tourism sebagai Mekanisme Biopsikososial dalam Promosi Kesehatan Mental: Kajian Konseptual Global dengan Ilustrasi Indonesia

Kajian pariwisata semakin menempatkan kesejahteraan sebagai luaran penting, tetapi hubungan antara leisure tourism dan promosi kesehatan mental masih terfragmentasi antara literatur restorasi psikologis, wellness tourism, dan kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan bagaimana leisure tourism bekerja melalui jalur biologis, psikologis, dan sosial; mengidentifikasi mediator serta kondisi batasnya; dan membangun model Biopsychosocial Leisure Tourism Mechanism (BLTM). Penelitian menggunakan studi literatur sistematis pada tahap pencarian dan seleksi, serta pendekatan integrative review pada tahap sintesis karena bukti yang relevan mencakup studi konseptual, kuantitatif, eksperimental, dan tinjauan sistematis yang heterogen. Penelusuran publikasi 2021–2025 melalui Google Scholar, PubMed, DOAJ, dan penelusuran manual Jurnal ALTASIA menghasilkan 56 rekaman; setelah deduplikasi dan screening, 14 artikel dianalisis. Hasil menunjukkan tiga bentuk paparan khas perjalanan, yaitu pelepasan peran dan otonomi waktu, imersi sensorik, serta rekonfigurasi sosial. Paparan tersebut mengaktifkan penurunan respons stres dan pemulihan fisik, restorasi atensi, regulasi emosi, flow dan pembentukan makna, serta keterhubungan sosial dan afirmasi identitas. Manfaatnya dipengaruhi kualitas restoratif destinasi, keamanan, kepadatan, biaya, dan aksesibilitas. Keterbatasan kajian terletak pada pembatasan artikel open access ber-DOI, heterogenitas desain, dan tidak dilakukannya meta-analisis. Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan menggunakan desain longitudinal atau kuasi-eksperimental, indikator biologis objektif, screening independen, dan analisis pemerataan akses.
