About the Journal
Journal of Judicial Review (JJR) is an open-access and peer-reviewed law journal published biannually in June and December. Established and published by Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB), Indonesia, JJR serves as an international scholarly platform dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality legal research. The journal provides a forum for critical and original studies addressing contemporary legal issues at the national, regional, and global levels. JJR welcomes contributions from international scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and researchers who seek to advance legal knowledge and legal discourse through rigorous analysis, theoretical innovation, and policy-oriented perspectives.
The primary focus of Journal of Judicial Review (JJR) lies in contemporary business law, covering a wide range of legal developments related to commercial transactions, corporate governance, investment law, competition law, financial regulation, consumer protection, and the legal dimensions of economic activities in an increasingly globalized and digitalized environment.
