About the Journal

Journal of Judicial Review (JJR) is an open-access and peer-reviewed law journal, published two times a year (June and December). JJR established by Universitas Internasional Batam. The journal covers both domestic and international legal developments. This platform provides a venue for distinguished scholars and new academics worldwide to share their academic works. The Journal of Judicial Review (JJR) aims to serve as an academic platform for examining the legal principles, doctrines, and practices that shape judicial decision-making.
