LEADER: Civil Engineering and Architecture Journal is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published bimonthly (February, April, June, August, October, and December) by the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Universitas Internasional Batam, with E-ISSN 3026-622X. The journal covers topics in civil engineering and architecture, including structures, geotechnics, transportation, water resources, construction management, environment, urban planning, materials, and regional development. LEADER serves as a multidisciplinary platform for academics and professionals interested in development transformation in emerging countries.
