About the Journal
JoSIM (Journal of Strategic, Innovation, and Management) is an academic, peer-reviewed journal established by the Master of Management Program at Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB) to advance scholarly and practical knowledge in strategic management, innovation, and business leadership. This magazine provides a forum for researchers, academicians, industry practitioners, and graduate students to submit cutting-edge research, case studies, and conceptual papers that address dynamic managerial concerns in the age of digital transformation and global competition. JoSIM emphasizes interdisciplinary and practical techniques that connect theory and practice, especially in Southeast Asian and global business environments.
