Screening Plagiarism
Authors should make sure that their writing is wholly unique, and if they do utilize quotations from the writings or words of others, they should make sure to properly credit them.
It is not the same research that is published in multiple journals or significant publications. It is unethical and inappropriate publishing conduct to simultaneously submit the same paper to multiple journals. JOINT: Journal of Information System and Technology will use Turnitin as a plagiarism detection tool to actively check for plagiarism.
According to the findings of a direct inspection, articles with more than 24% plagiarism will be sent back to the author for editing of the plagiarized information. The editor is not liable for the entirety of the author's document; articles or manuscripts with plagiarized content won't be processed. Before submitting their work to the editors of JOINT: Journal of Information Systems and Technology, authors can use online tools to edit and proofread their submissions.
