Abstract

Program psikoedukasi berbasis indigenous ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian yang dirancang untuk memberikan edukasi keluarga dalam memberikan dukungan emosional bagi anggota keluarga dengan gangguan jiwa yang memuat nilai ajaran kearifan lokal, yaitu kawruh jiwa oleh Ki Ageng Suryomentaram. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Sanggrahan, Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan melibatkan 8 keluarga. Metode yang digunakan berupa kelompok dengan 3 sesi, yaitu (1) ngudari reribet, (2) kandha takon, dan (3) mawas diri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini juga mendorong peserta melakukan berbagi pengalaman dan permasalahan, menambah wawasan, serta refleksi diri terkait memberikan dukungan emosional pada anggota keluarga dengan gangguan jiwa. Integrasi ajaran kearifan lokal dengan program psikoedukasi memberikan relevansi yang kontekstual bagi populasi masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan pengabdian.
