The development of technology triggers the need for schools to have more dynamic and effective promotional media, such as video profiles. One of the schools facing this challenge is SMA Negeri 4 Batam. This report explores the creation of a video profile as a solution to enhance the school's image, attract prospective students and parents, and showcase the school's excellence. In this context, understanding the background, purpose, scope, target and method of implementation are key to designing an effective video profile. The design process involved collaboration with the school in conceptualising, recording and editing the video. The result was a video profile that was uploaded to Google Drive and put to good use by the school. The conclusion of this project shows that the video profile is an effective communication tool to introduce the school's potential. The suggestion to upload the video to social media platforms was also proposed as an additional step in promoting the school.
