This community service program aims to raise high school students’ awareness of mental health through face-to-face counseling based on visual education. The activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 5 Batam and involved 25 students of the PIK-R extracurricular group who act as peer educators. The method consisted of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, with assessment conducted through a pre-test and a post-test on the delivered material. The material was presented using PowerPoint with attractive visuals, discussion, interactive games, and question and answer sessions. The evaluation shows an increase in the participants’ average scores, from 60.28 to 87.60 in grade 10 and from 65.75 to 72.90 in grade 11. Participant fatigue and dependence on the presenter remain challenges during implementation. It can be concluded that mental health counseling based on interactive media effectively improves adolescents’ understanding and can be replicated in other schools.
