Abstract

Project time management is one of the most crucial aspects of project management. The Critical Path Method (CPM) allows project managers to plan and control the project schedule by mapping all activities, estimating the duration of each activity, and determining the logistical sequence between activities. By knowing the critical path, managers can identify which activities should be completed before affecting the project completion date. This research aims to determine the workflow and critical path of the BPR Dana Nusantara Main Building project in Batam City, which PT is carrying out. Welcons Rekaprima Teknik will be the planner and PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah as implementing contractor. Using CPM, this project knows the critical path and estimates the project time to completion of 1190 days.
