STUDI ANALISIS METODE ELIMINASI OUTLIER GAUSS (GUARANTEE ALL UNITS ARE STATISTICALLY SAFE) DALAM PROSES TESTING PRODUK IC DI PT XYZ

This work is aimed to study analytically on the implementation of GAUSS application in PT XYZ in order to guarantee the product quality produced. GAUSS stands for Guarantee All Units are Statistically Safe which is a method applied for guaranteeing the quality of ICs shipped to customer after eliminating all defective IC units. In the implementation of GAUSS, implemented limits need to be considered prior to determining new suitable limits for testing parameters of the tested devices. With use of GAUSS it is expected that recommended limits to implement then capable to eliminate outliers without causing over reject or over pass.
