Abstract:
This study has purpose to analyze the impact caused by the pandemic COVID-19 against the consumption of computer equipment in the community, especially on the PT Top Computer of Batam. The method that use in this study is method of qualitative that the study does not use statistic but through analysis, data collection, and observation. The data collection is done by interview and observation to object study. The conclusion about this study is the consumption of computer equipment during the pandemic COVID-19 has decreased very significant it is influenced by several factors, one of it is the marketing strategy is not right to face the COVID-19. The right marketing strategy can make company survive to face a variety of obstacles including to survive in the middle of pandemic COVID-19. One of marketing strategy can use is to utilizing the E-Commerce.
