Intercontinental Bandung Dago Pakar are 5 Star hotel under Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). After 5 years established this hotel supported by payroll system which called HitPay. However there are some unresolved issue so I proposed to buy a new payroll system with more complete features compare to the current product. And after few months submitted the proposal the implementation was done so can solved all the issues from the old system. The proposed of this study is determine how satisfied the user when using the new payroll system after migration. The research conducted is a qualitative research that is descriptive research that seeks answers on the basis of cause and effect where the authors utilize existing theories as explanatory material and end with a theory. As for the author's method of conducting the interview method with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. From the results of the interview and the distribution of the questionnaire, the results show that the ease of use of the system supports user satisfaction when using the new system. And from these results it can be concluded that TAM is one of the valid prediction models where the perceived usefulness variable and the perceived ease of use variable have a very significant influence on the actual system usage or satisfaction and comfort in the use of a new payroll system
