Advertising is a communication that aims to offer a product or service to the wider community through a media. Animation is able to make ads look more attractive and attractive. Animation can also illustrate something that is difficult and cannot be achieved by the process of shooting. One of the animation techniques used is Motion Graphic, which is generally this technique for moving text or logos for advertising purposes. In this study aims to prove that animation techniques can improve the quality of a digital advertisement. This research uses qualitative methods with observational data collection techniques, by observing several video advertisements that use animation techniques. The result is animation can improve the quality of advertisements and provide a positive response from the audience
