In photography, color art is also needed because the art of photography is influenced by the color art that is in it. In this paper, we discuss retro color theory that is applied in photographs. The characteristic of a retro style is its attractive nature and the color that is applied has an old age element with the aim of giving a classic touch and bringing up memory in the past. This study uses qualitative methods by obtaining data such as observation and literature studies. The obtained results have more unique impression with colors that tend to fade and the second color scheme example in this scientific paper is one of the best recommendations.
