The research is aimed to overcome the problem of quality of service network in line with the growing increase in the use of network point One way of reducing the decline in the performance of the network is applying QO S on the network One of them is bandwidth management so as to avoid the seizure of allocation of bandwidth to the user that there is in the network Using the method of observation and study of literature in its development , the benefits of the study is to compare the two methods of bandwidth management that is different and looking for methods which are most effective to be implemented on the network with the conditions specified . so the research is generating perbandi ngan queuing method HTB and PCQ, after conducted testing found the value of the index parameters such as packet loss, jitter, downloads and others It was concluded that the HTB method is more optimal for handling the distribution of bandwidth management on the network
