The development of the globalization with the start of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) and the intense life of the industrial revolution era in the 11st century, the world is currently experiencing superfast changes marked by changes in a new era or referred to as the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This era is characterized by rapid and massive technological movements that can disrupt all aspects of human life. Humans must have high competence to survive and have high competence in their fields, especially focused specifically for a secretary as a guard in understanding the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and digital native where as a secretary who will not lose in taking steps in utilizing technology which is sufficient threatens the development of corporate organizations. Even companies in the revolutionary era of technological development must be able to insert values ​​in selecting and filtering learning technology with digital literacy. Thus, this is of particular concern to the secretarial profession who possesses this digital literacy competency
