The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of financial technology on strategy in the banking industry, in this case at Bank OCBC NISP. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and obtained data by interview. The results obtained in this study are significant changes in the banking system at Bank OCBC NISP where these changes have a positive effect on both the company and customers. Then the company also increasingly competes with other competitors who have also implemented more advanced financial technology along with the times.
