A good payroll system that not supported by good support team will impact to slowness of payroll process every month. Attendance system that still run by manually also impact in miscalculation of leave balance and overtime. And if the server also still in on-premised solution it will impact to the first investment that very high. To solve all the issue, we proposed to change the system with new payroll and attendance system which already integrated and also with cloud-based platform. In pre-migration process before they visit our Hotel they send a few files that need to be input and send back to them. The purpose of it is to make the migration process effectively. With this migration we expect it can solve all the issue appeared during used the old system period.  The leave balance calculation will be automated. Leave proposal also will be online using the apps from IOS or Android. Hence the title will be Payroll System Migration Documentation to Cloud Based Application at InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar.
