Social media is a web-based communication tool or application that allows its users to interact with each other by sharing or obtaining existing information. Customer Management System is the management of relationships with customers or potential customers, combining customer or prospective customer data, the recording the salesperson’s activities in dealing with customers. The method applied in this research is to analyze the company’s needs. And the results obtained are the application of social media as a customer management system is very useful and important for CV. Suntoyo Indonesia to attract prospective customers and increase customer trust.
