Bangun Sejahtera Abdijaya currently still uses the employee attendance system manually, this has attracted the initiative of researchers to contribute to the use of fingerprints as a biometric-based tool to validate employees to be more effective and efficient. The methodology used to solve these practical problems is applied research, related to the current time we are in the era of the modern world, the use of fingerprints will greatly help companies to validate employees in real-time. This research succeeded in providing many positive impacts where employees as users feel the ease of doing attendance and management can directly monitor how the employee attendance process is by seeing data managed by software in the form of time attendance and employee attendance information so that it is easier to find out employees who are not coming in or getting overtime.
