An effective and efficient system certainly plays an important role in project management for a company. Various existing company data must be stored and integrated properly so that planning and evaluation can be carried out appropriately. PT. Rexvin Putra Mandiri is a company engaged in property development. In its business activities, the leader and management board always do the planning and evaluation for every existing housing project. Planning and evaluation activities are carried out based on data collected together and calculated in one file using the Microsoft Excel program. As the company grows, the data that needs to be stored and managed grows more and more. By using Microsoft Excel, the data processing becomes slow and it becomes difficult to produce reports in a timely manner. In addition, with the low level of integration and data control, there is a risk of data loss and manipulation. In order to overcome these problems, a system is designed that can make data processing more effective and efficient. This system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, using the ASP.NET MVC framework and Entity Framework and the Microsoft SQL Server database.
