The survey conducted by the Batam Pos newspaper as of 2015, was received as many as 54,298 vehicles received in the city of Batam and the numbers continued to rise in subsequent years. Based on these data, a car wash service that can be a sustainable business, based on that reason, Kongkow Carwash is opened. The method used to obtain information is to conduct interviews and observations. From the results of interviews and observations obtained the results of the development method carried out by Kongkow Carwash is by conducting a brochure to introduce businesses and provide information about car wash services for Kongkow Carwash, in addition to that the distribution of vouchers is also done. Kongkow Carwash improved the improvement after the promotion by collecting brochures and vouchers per day before there were only 15 vehicles coming and now it increased to 18 to 20 vehicles per day.
