The aim of this article is to find about methods on enhancing quality and profit efficiency of Marumamee Catering Service. The method used in this research article was observation to gain information on improving Marumamee Catering Service. Sales reports and customer reviews are being used as the instrument of this article. The object of observation is Marumamee Catering Service , and results showed that improvement on product taste, delivery speed and order accessibility were the significant factors that could improve the quality and profit efficiency on Marumamee Catering Service.
