The purpose of this study is to explain how to building entreprenurial spirit and independence, generate profits that can be used for personal, orphans, and homeless people, also can be an economic foudation for future business, help swiflet farmers to improve their business and help indonesia to gain non-oil and gas exports. In this study discusses several aspects of swiftlet nest production, human resources, marketing, finance and future opportunities. The results of the study can be concluded that the swiflet nest can be harvest 4 time a year, security monitoring every night by IP-CCTV, and maintenance once a month. Promotion activities are held in groups whatsapp and telegram. Analysis financial management is analysis of investment costs, renovation inventory costs, equipments, maintenance costs, and harvest costs. In the future, the development and continuity of swiftlet farming business is positve because the market of swiflet nest is high demand and still lacking in international market.
