Parakerja Disabilitas Bisa was established in 2018, is providing accessibility solution for education and job training for people with disabilities. Through the application platform, the available features are Indonesian Sign Language learning (Bisindo), Thematic learning for special school children, disability consultation, and campaigns. For the offline program, Parakerja also opened Bisindo classes and empowered people with disabilities to work. The programs carried out involve 100 special school teachers in Riau Islands to see the effectiveness of Bisindo learning through online, and currently the program is focused on people with autism and the Deaf. At present Parakerja already has offices in Batam and Jakarta, with 75% of employees with disabilities.
