The purpose of this applied entrepreneurship research article aims to develop a business CV. Nasywa Akbar is engaged in contracting, catering, distributor of building materials, agriculture and animal husbandry.

The method of carrying out activities carried out namely planning in the field of production, marketing, finance, Human Resources (HR), business development plans that aim to help CV. Nasywa Akbar in internal improvement towards the development of higher sales turnover.

The results of the implementation of marketing strategies show that this strategy is effectively and efficiently implemented as evidenced by an increase in turnover value which was initially 50% in the first year, to 100% in the second year.
