In carrying out their daily duties and functions, violations are still found by prisoners, where they do not know the classification of violations and eventually lead to disorder. The absence of a standard operational procedure for the investigation of fostered citizens who commit violations results in a lack of a solid foundation for sentencing. The research method used in this report, which is an empirical method in which the writer directly conducts interviews and observations to find out the problems that occur in Class IIB Women's Penitentiary Batam. After applying the operational standard inspection procedures, the inspection process becomes more efficient and effective. And the level of disorder is also decreasing. What initially happened was four times the disorder of order in a period of one month while now it became two times in a period of three months.
