Housing is a primary need where humans essentially need a home for shelter. Population growth will continue to grow and the need to own a house will increase as well. With the increasing demand for houses, developers will also increase to build houses with various types of housing sizes, so that home sales competition will be tighter and competition will be more competitive. Especially in the Asri Indah Air Raja Tanjung Pinang housing complex, a Very Simple House (RSS) Type 36/91 M2 and a Simple House (RS) Type 40/91 M2 and a 2-storey Shophouse. Ruko 2 (two) floors.


Developers to increase sales will create marketing strategies in various ways to attract consumers to choose the house to sell.The sales and marketing strategy in Asri Indah Housing must continue to be improved and reflect on current conditions such as improving the quality of buildings with minimalist shapes and designs that consumers like, giving home discounts with reduced Down Payments and freeing contract fees, and other promotions that stimulate consumers to buy a house.


Besides that, sales marketing is given a bigger sales commission so that it can improve performance and enthusiasm to increase home sales targets.
