The goal of establishing a cosmetics business is to open new jobs for women who have limited access to jobs because they do not have the educational qualifications required by the job provider. The method of establishing and developing a cosmetic business is relatively easy because there is already a similar company that has been run by the previous family member. So that 50% of the company establishment process duplicates similar companies that have been run before. The commodity that this business excels in is cosmetic products from well-known brands that are original and have more competitive prices. In selecting the products to be sold, the authors conducted a SWOT analysis according to potential consumers in the target market. The results obtained are opening jobs that can absorb female workers regardless of the level of education taken but have the ability to read and write and be honest and have a desire to learn.
